You do not have to schedule a tour to visit.

Does my rent include utilities?

Utilities are not included, but every resident gets a $30 utility cap.

When is rent due and when do late fees apply?

Rent is due the 1st-5th of the month without a late fee.

How can I pay my rent?

Rent can be paid through the rent portal app.

How much is my security deposit?


Are pets allowed?

Yes! We are pet friendly. There is a $150 pet deposit and $25 pet rent per month.

How long is my lease term? Can I sign a 6-month lease?

The lease term runs from you move in date until July 31st of the following year. We offer a limited amount of 6 month leases.

When is the earliest move in date?

We have multiple move in days throughout the year. For fall, move in is August 20th right before school starts.

Is there a model unit to tour?

Yes, we have a model 4 bedroom for tours.

What are the odds of getting a spot late in the year?

It depends on the availability. If you have specific preferences, they may not be met with a later move in date.

I want to live with my friends; how do we apply for the same unit?

Contact your leasing agent to let them know, and put your roommates’ names down on the roommate matching questionnaire.

After applying, how long do I have to sign the lease? Is there a deadline?

We encourage everyone to sign sooner than later to secure their spot.

Does my application secure my spot?

No, only a signed lease will secure your spot.

What happens if I break my lease?

You are still responsible for the remainder of your lease.

Where do I get my mail?

The mail area is located in the front office.

Do you require renter's insurance?

Renter’s insurance is required. $100,000 worth of liability coverage is the minimum requirement.

Do I have to pay for parking?

Parking is free!
